Katie Corrado Joins WTIC As Multimedia Journalist

Tribune Broadcasting’s Fox affiliate WTIC Hartford, Conn. (DMA 30), has hired Katie Corrado as a multimedia journalist. She begins on June 23, joining from WSTM-WTVH Syracuse, N.Y., where she was a reporter and weekend evening anchor.

Before Syracuse, Corrado gained journalism experience in New York City at WABC and WNYW.

Corrado graduated cum laude from Fordham University, where she anchored the Fordham Nightly News and was named a recipient of the Edward A. Walsh scholarship. While at Fordham, Katie’s work was recognized by the New York State Associated Press Broadcaster’s Association.

Katie is a three-time scholarship recipient of New York Women in Communications Foundation, and is an active member of New York Women in Communications.
