KDEN Denver Promotes Pamela Padilla To Anchor

NBC-owned Telemundo affiliate KDEN Denver (DMA 17) today promoted Pamela Padilla to news anchor, effective immediately. Padilla joined KDEN in February as a multimedia journalist.

In her new role, she will join co-anchor Guillermo Martinez and sports anchor Carlos Rausseo on Noticiero Telemundo Denver at 4:30, 5 and 10 p.m.

Padilla joined KDEN from Telemundo’s KXTX Dallas-Fort Worth, where she served as a Web editor from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, Padilla worked at Univision’s KTVW Phoenix from 2012 to 2013.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Arizona.
