KHBS-KHOG Names New Local Sales Manager

Next month, Gary Mutchler will join Hearst’s Fort Smith-Fayetteville, Ark. (DMA 101) duopoly of  KHBS (ABC)-KHOG (CW) as local sales manager.  He will oversee local sales including oversight for teams in both Fort Smith and Rogers, Ark., beginning Jan. 9, 2012. 

Mutchler most recently was the general sales manager of the SagamoreHill group of stations in the Cheyenne, Wyo.-Scottsbluff, Neb., DMA.

Mutchler’s background also includes being a local sales manager in Lake Charles, La., plus sales positions for both the Belo Corp. and Fisher Communications in multiple markets across both the Southwest and Northwest.
