KOAA Adds Amber Oppeau As Local Sales Manager

Cordillera Communications-owned KOAA has named Amber Oppeau local sales manager. The move is effective August 8.

Oppeau joins the Colorado Springs, Colo., station from Perkin Media’s KSPR in Springfield, Mo., where she led the sales team as national and regional sales manager. She also served as senior AE at Schurz Communications KYTV.

“The character, energy and deep experience Amber brings to KOAA News 5 will have a tremendous impact on our operation, our clients’ success and in our community,” Ross White, KOAA director of sales, said in a statement. “We are very excited to welcome such a high-­caliber professional to our team”
