KSTP Minneapolis Expanding 10 P.M. Newscast
Hubbard Broadcasting’s ABC affiliate KSTP Minneapolis (DMA 15) is expanding its 10 p.m. newscast to a full hour — 10-11p.m. — beginning Jan. 8.
The station says the hour-long newscast “will be staffed with more reporters, more photographers and additional resources in order to tackle topics that typically are not featured in a traditional 35 minute news format.”
Latenight comedy Jimmy Kimmel Live! moves into the 11 p.m. time slot following the new and expanded newscast. Nightline will air at midnight.
