KSTS Adds Sandra Bermúdez As Reporter

NBCU-owned Telemundo affiliate KSRS San Francisco (DMA 6) today named Sandra Bermúdez a reporter for Noticiero Telemundo 48 at 6 and 11 p.m. Bermúdez joins anchors Blanca Garza and César Bayona, weather anchor Gabriella Dellán and a team of reporters covering news of interest to the Hispanic community in the Bay Area.

Bermúdez previously worked as the morning anchor at KUVN Dallas and also at KSTR, KUVN’s sister station. Previously, Bermudez worked at KTCD-CA San Diego where she was the anchor for both the morning and evening newscasts. She has also worked at Televisa in Mexicali, Mexico, as an anchor.

A native of Tijuana, Mexico, Bermúdez earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Mexico. She received a certificate in English as a Second Language from Harvard University.
