KTLA’s Dan Corsini Adds Oversight Of KSWB

Tribune gives the head of its Los Angeles CW affiliate additional responsibility for its San Diego Fox outlet.

Don Corsini, president-GM of Tribune Broadcasting’s KTLA Los Angeles, will now add oversight of KSWB, Tribune’s Fox affiliate in San Diego (DMA 28) to his responsibilities, effective immediately.

This expansion of responsibilities comes as Corsini has just signed a multi-year contract extension.

Corsini has been president-GM of KTLA since January 2009. In his five-year tenure, the station has seen growth in both local news ratings and revenue.

Corsini has held executive management positions in Los Angeles at KABC, KCBS and KCAL prior to joining KTLA. He helped launch the Prime Ticket Sports Network that went on to become Fox Sports.
