KTVT-KTXA Move To New Dallas Offices

Beginning Monday, Aug. 26, the newsroom and advertising sales offices of CBS-owned KTVT (CBS) KTXA (ind.) Dallas (DMA 5) will occupy the top floor of the office tower at 12001 North Central Expressway.

The 13-story building will be renamed “CBS Tower,” with signage at ground level, top-of-building and internally to reflect the new moniker in the coming weeks.

“We’re extremely pleased with our new space and the visibility this will provide our stations,” said the stations’ President-GM Gary Schneider.  “In addition, the tower’s proximity to both Central Expressway and LBJ Freeway is key for our Dallas operation.”

The move follows the sale of the stations’ former Dallas building at 10111 North Central Expressway.

KTVT-KTXA’s primary studios and other technical and business operations will remain in east Fort Worth on Bridge Street.
