KUGB-CD Houston Sells For $2.3 Million

OTA Broadcasting is buying the low-power station from Uniglobe Central American Network.

Uniglobe Central American Network Inc. LLC. has sold KUGB-CD Houston (DMA 10) to OTA Broadcasting LLC. for $2,3 million in cash.

The principal of Uniglobe Central American Network is Thomas Abraham, managing partner, and they have no other broadcast interests.

OTA Broadcasting’s president and chief executive officer is Todd Lawyer. OTA also owns WEBR-CD, New York as well as full-power television stations in Novato, Calif.; Seattle; and Bellingham, Wash.

KUGB-CD operates on ch. 28.

The sale was brokered by George W. Kimble of Kozacko Media Services.
