KWWL Names Dan Schillinger News Director
Quincy Newspapers-owned NBC affiliate KWWL Cedar Rapids-Waterloo-Dubuque, Iowa (DMA 89) today named Dan Schillinger news director.
Bringing thirty-five years of journalism experience, with ten of those as a news director, Schillinger most recently was director of news operations at WJBF Augusta, Ga.
He graduated from Brown College in Minneapolis and began his career and KWWL’s sister station, KTTC in Rochester, Minn. Schillinger has worked at stations throughout the Midwest and southern United States.
