Landry New WBZ-WSBK Communications Dir.

Kerri Landry today was appointed director of communications for CBS-owned WBZ (CBS), WSBK (MNT) and the CBS Boston Local Media Group, effective immediately, overseeing internal and external communications as well as public affairs initiatives.

A Boston native who has been based locally throughout her career, Landry most recently was the head of global public relations for Reebok International. Prior to that, she was the founder and principal of a public relations firm in Boston.

Landry also served as vice president of Kortenhaus Communications, a public relations firm in Boston, where she led the consumer group and represented some of the most desired brands around the world.

Landry graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
