LYNN TOLER TO PRESIDE IN ‘DIVORCE COURT’

Former Ohio judge and Power of Attorney star takes over from Mablean Ephriam for eighth season of Twentieth Television strip.

Twentieth Television has named Lynn Toler as presiding judge for the eighth season of Divorce Court, a nationally syndicated courtroom strip. She succeeds the outgoing Mablean Ephriam.

“We are confident in Lynn’s ability to exude a perfect blend of authority and compassion, which is essential to Divorce Court,” said Executive Producer Laura Gelles. “She is a true professional with an impressive legal background, and we look forward to working with her on our eighth season.”

Toler was a municipal court judge in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, before accepting an offer in 2001 to preside over the second season of Twentieth’s Power of Attorney.
