Madison Adams Joins KTVT As Traffic Anchor

CBS-owned KTVT Dallas (DMA 5) has hired Madison Adams as traffic anchor for its CBS 11 News This Morning (weekdays 4:30 – 7 a.m.) beginning Dec. 27.

Adams was most recently an anchor and reporter for KWTX Waco, Texas. While there she was also the lead reporter for the KWTX Baylor Gameday show that airs before each Baylor University home football game.

Prior to KWTX-TV, she was a sports reporter and anchor for Baylor Athletics. During her time there, she co-anchored regional broadcasts for events such as the Cotton Bowl, Russell Athletic Bowl, NFL Pro Day, and National Signing Day.

Adams  graduated from Baylor University with a double major in entrepreneurship and journalism.
