Mandy Anderson New WVIT Sales VP

NBC-owned WVIT Hartford, Conn. (DMA 30), today named Mandy Anderson vice president of sales effective immediately. Anderson will be responsible for developing and implementing all local, national and sales strategies for the NBC-owned station in West Hartford, Connecticut. She will report to Susan Tully, WVIT president-GM.

Anderson joins the station after working for KNTV San Francisco, another NBC-owned station, where she was local sales manager for more than five years. While at KNTV, she worked as the station’s Olympic captain and helped advertisers connect with the station’s audiences across all platforms.

Her background in television sales includes local and national sales management positions in the Tucson and Reno markets.

Anderson earned a degree in English from the University of Washington and is IAB digital media certified.
