Matrix Solutions Launches 24/7 Online Training

Matrix Solutions, a provider of media customer relationship management (CRM) and sales analytics software, has established Matrix University, an online training program that users of its system can access 24/7.

The online program consists of video tutorials, product documentation, and the ability to test your knowledge of the system through online courses. The training sessions walk the user through “how to best use and capitalize” on Matrix systems’ features and functionality.

The company said Matrix University “was designed with both new and advanced system users in mind.  Clients will now have greater control and consistency over training for their teams, regardless of size and location. For example, a defined path of learning can be customized and established for all current and new employees.”

Additionally, Matrix University provides data points on actual training usage, i.e., a company can quickly identify which employees have, and have not, taken a training course as well as see a summary of their performance within each training module.

“We understand and believe in making the most of a product’s features and functionality in order to attain maximum results, and Matrix University is designed to do just that,” said DJ Cavanaugh, CEO and partner, Matrix Solutions. “Matrix is intuitive, and gaining a deeper understanding of how it was designed for sales professionals to increase efficiencies and optimize workflows provides a new level of adoption, usability and value.”

Matrix University will “continually evolve to keep content current and relevant to the advances in the Matrix System as well as within the ever-changing media sales workflow.” A complete list of courses and training aids can be found when entering Matrix University through the Matrix System.
