Matrix Solutions Makes Two Executive Hires

Matrix Solutions, a provider of media CRM & Sales Intelligence Software, today hired Eileen Fredette as senior success manager and Maggie Emerson as senior product manager.

As a senior success manager, Fredette will apply her more than 15 years of media industry expertise to work with users to enhance efficiencies and optimize workflows. More specifically, she will be responsible for ensuring the business continuity of sales data, proactively creating personalized action plans, remotely monitoring user adoption and trend analysis, as well as maximizing investments in the Matrix platform.

Before joining Matrix, Fredette spent more than 10 years at Belo, most recently as director of technology. Prior to Belo, Fredette spent five years with the Clear Channel organization. Fredette received her Bachelor of Science in operations management and information systems from Northern Illinois University.

Emerson, a product management professional with more than five years’ experience, will serve as Matrix’s senior product manager. Emerson has experience in formulating and implementing targeted strategies for product teams. Most recently, she was solution design team lead with Cerner Corp.

Emerson received her Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from Muskingum University and her Master of Arts in communication and media studies from Florida State University.
