Maura McDonough Cope Named VP, Me-TV

Weigel Broadcasting Co. has named Maura McDonough Cope vice president of the Me-TV Network.  Cope is the current general sales manager for the Milwaukee Weigel stations and effective immediately, she will assume the newly-created position at Me-TV.

Cope’s previous management, sales and marketing experience includes positions at Paramount Domestic Television, the CBS station group and Cox Media Group.

Me-TV, Memorable Entertainment Television, , is owned and operated by Weigel Broadcasting Co. and distributed by MGM Television and is now seen in more than 73% of the U.S.  The network’s library includes more than 80 series from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, CBS Television Distribution, NBCUniversal Television as well as independent series owners and producers. Me-TV’s lineup includes: M*A*S*H, Cheers, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Bob Newhart Show, Gunsmoke, Star Trek and Hawaii Five-O.
