The classic TV diginet is back on the air in the No. 5 market, signing CBS’s independent to air it on ch. 21.2 beginning next week.
Me-TV Adds New Dallas Affiliate, KTXA
Weigel Broadcasting’s classic TV multicast channel Me-TV, Memorable Entertainment Television, has signed CBS-owned independent KTXA Dallas (DMA 5), which will begin broadcasting the diginet on its ch. 21.2 starting Dec. 23. The network has been without an affiliate in the market since ending its affiliation with KTXD on Oct. 30.
KTXA 21.2 will carry the complete Me-TV program schedule featuring more than 50 different classic television programs every week.
The network has 157 affiliates and more than 90% clearance across the United States. Me-TV can be found in 28 of the top 30 U.S. markets on cable and satellite.
Several major media groups that have Me-TV affiliates include: Hearst, Gannett, Raycom, Sinclair, Media General, Post-Newsweek, Nexstar, Allbritton, Belo, Hubbard, Cordillera, Bahakel, Fisher, Cox, Morgan Murphy, Grant, New Press Gazette, New Age, Granite, Dispatch, Journal, Titan and CBS Television Station Group.
Me-TV features a range of programming that includes almost 100 series from Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, CBS Television Distribution, NBCUniversal Television as well as many independent series owners and producers.
