Meteorologist Deitra Tate Joins WAVY

 WAVY Norfolk, Media General’s NBC affiliate in the country’s 42nd largest market, has hired meteorologist Deitra Tate to join its weather team in Norfolk, Va.  She joins Media General’s duopoly after a nine-year role at WPMI the NBC affiliate in Mobile, Ala. 

began her career at KEVN, the FOX affiliate in Rapid City, S. D. and became a certified broadcast beteorologist in 2010.
