Meteorologist Mike Breunling Moves To WAOW
Quincy Newspapers Inc.’s ABC affiliate WAOW Wausau, Wis. (DMA 136), has added veteran meteorologist Mike Breunling to the station’s weather team.
Breunling joins WAOW after serving as chief meteorologist at WSAW Wausau since 1997.
He received an M.S. in atmospheric and oceanic sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an active member of the American Meteorological Society and earned the A.M.S. Television Seal of approval in 1999.
Breunling will begin his new duties at WAOW in several weeks.
