MeTV Adds 5 Affils, Passes 92% Coverage

The classic TV diginet signs affiliates in Dayton, Ohio; Flint-Saginaw-Bay City, Mich.; Eugene, Ore.; Bakersfield, Calif.; and Utica, N.Y.

MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television, has signed new affiliation agreements with WHIO Dayton, Ohio (DMA 64), WJRT Flint-Saginaw-Bay City, Mich. (DMA 70), KEZI Eugene, Ore. (DMA 120); KERO Bakersfield, Calif. (DMA 127) and WKTV Utica, N.Y. (DMA 171). These additions bring the total number of MeTV affiliates to 166 and boost its coverage to more than 92% of the U.S.

Cox Media Group Ohio’s WHIO, and Gray Television Group’s WJRT will each launch MeTV in December. Heartland Media Group stations KEZI and WKTV, and E.W. Scripps’ KERO will premiere the network this November.

MeTV can be found in 47 of the top 50 U.S. markets. Major media groups that have MeTV affiliates include Hearst, Gannett, Raycom, Sinclair, Media General, News-Press & Gazette Company, Nexstar, Hubbard, E.W. Scripps, Cordillera, Bahakel, Cox, Gray Television Group, Morgan Murphy, New Age, Dispatch, Titan and The CBS Television Station Group.

Scripps keeps forgetting that there’s no Me-TV affiliate in Detroit.

    The reason that Me-TV is not in Detroit, AZObserver, is that no Detroit station wants it. We don’t have Cozi TV in Orlando because no Central Florida station wants it.

( Whio ch 7news ) Dayton, Ohio sold out it’s audes- live radar ch23 vlewing so I have to listing to weather guess ? forcast when I could just look at the radar live and did not have to listing to bullcrap talk/pictures half right forcast, to many people doing the same thing and puting there own spend on the weather, and make you sit through 8 mins. of advertiasing plus there news station just to get to the newstory that they said was coming next, they come back and its’ third story they don’t fool me know more. when I could just walk outside for the weather or watch (wrgt ch 8 Fox news)

ME/TV WHIO- MaryTyler shower, Love Boat ,taxi , Mccloud make me want to……… Cox media classic shit. How bout live radar every 15 mins. of the whole USA so you can see whats coming and how it’s moving, not just 20 mins. rang to try keep hooked , What a joke ! year 2015
