Law & Order: SVU and Cold Case join the primetime lineup, while hit cable series Burn Notice returns along with Without a Trace and Monk.
MNT Unveils Its Fall 2011 Schedule
The MyNetworkTV programming service has added Law & Order: SVU to Monday nights along with the procedural, Cold Case to Tuesdays for the 2011-12 television season, announced Paul Franklin, MNT’s executive vice president.
Burn Notice, one of cable television’s highest-rated drama series, will return with back-to-back episodes each Wednesday night. The two hour block of Without a Trace and Monk remain on Thursday and Friday nights, respectively.
In making the announcement, Franklin said: “This season on MyNetworkTV the hour-long, franchise programs have proven to be popular with viewers. Next season, for the first time, each night will feature a double-bill of television’s most established and successful hit series.”
MNT said it currently ranks No. 7 in adults 18-49 among all broadcast and cable networks, trending upward from a year ago. In addition, MNT said its ratings have increased over its year-ago performance, including a 13% increase in households and a 13% increases in total viewers.
