Artel Video Systems develops, manufactures, and markets high-performance, broadcast-quality video transport hardware.

DLT710 Multiformat Signal Generator and Tester—This multipurpose module verifies and monitors all uncompressed and compressed video rates and formats including 3G-SDI. Its unique, innovative design characteristics, focusing on simplicity and reliability, enable the simultaneous, automatic verification of multiformat video links. The clear “go/no-go” indication it provides makes the DLT710 perfect for circuit verification, pre-installation equipment verification or installed circuit analysis.

DLC410 Video-Over-IP Gateway—The newest addition to the DL4000 arsenal is the DLC410, an ASI- and SDI-over-IP gateway — a first for this platform — that enables the transport of two bidirectional streams across a single Gig-E connection. The module’s low cost, reliability and features that include multicasting, make it an ideal solution for CATV operators and video service providers with inter-city video connectivity requirements. Because it’s designed based on the SMPTE 2022 encapsulation and forward error correction standard, the DLC410 also provides interoperability with other standards-based Video over IP products.

DL4300 12-Slot Chassis (New)—The 2011 NAB Show will mark the debut of a larger 12-slot chassis for the DL4000 platform. Designed to house all DL4000-based modules, the space-efficient 3RU chassis is ideal for central office applications where multiple circuits are aggregated and a larger chassis simplifies installation requirements. As with the DL4000, DL-Manager and SNMP capabilities are embedded in the chassis and require no additional software.
