Bittree offers a complete line of patching products, including audio, video, data and integrated patchbays, as well as a variety of patchcords, tools and accessories. Its new products include:

Bittree SC-to-SC Fiber Optic Coupler Panel—The new SC-to-SC fiber optic coupler panel simplifies high-density patching on the latest broadcasting and pro A/V gear. Available in many configurations, the 1×24 density in one rack unit is a unique design based upon new slim-line inserts. The prior maximum density was 1×16. The panel comes standard with silk-screened numbers, but as an option, designation strips are available.

Bittree High-Bandwidth Micro-Video Patchbay—The latest entry into Bittree’s video patching product series, the Micro-Video Patchbay provides the industry’s highest input/output density, with a 2×48 format in either a 1- or 1.5-RU size. Now shipping, the high-bandwidth Micro-Video Patchbay is ideal for use in mobile production, outside broadcast (OB) vans, and any other video production application in which space and weight are at a premium.

Bittree’s high-bandwidth video patchbays are ideally suited for supporting 3Gbps and 3-D productions, HD/SDI, SD/SDI, AES, and high-resolution computer graphics. With a new rear lacing bar and industry-standard DIN 1.0/2.3 rear terminations, the Micro-Video Patchbay makes it easier than ever for users to install, organize, and remove wiring. The product’s unique design additionally features the ability to recess the front panel to prevent cord protrusion, further conserving space and ensuring reliable connections.

Bittree Category 6 and 6A Rack Mount Patch Panels—Bittree will show its Category 6 and 6A Rack Mount Patch Panels, which not only make it easier for users to reroute gigabit Ethernet networks, but also provide a demarcation and testing point for industrial and residential networks. The panels are specifically designed to support commercial office data infrastructure and digital signage distribution networks, and they will be available in 12-, 24-, 48-, or 96-RU rack mount configurations. End users will be able to take advantage of the standards in high-speed data networks, as 100baseT networks are no longer fast enough for today’s network.
