Nate Rodgers Joins ‘Chasing News’

Nate Rodgers has joined Chasing News with Bill Spadea as a reporter, effective Feb. 5.

The half-hour program, airs weekdays at 11 p.m. on WWOR and 1:30 a.m. on co-owned WNYW New York and 3 a.m. on WTXF Philadelphia. It is a host and issue-driven program, focused on investigating and debating hot button topics with a panel of thought leaders from New Jersey and the tri-state region.

Dianne Doctor, executive in charge of Chasing News, said: “Nate is a perfect fit for the Chasing team, as he is a competitive reporter who does a great job with breaking news and cultivating original stories.”

Most recently, Rodgers was a reporter for WNCN Raleigh, N.C. Prior to that, he was a reporter for WICD Champaign, Ill. He began his career in journalism at WBBM Chicago, as an intern, then assignment editor and field producer.   

A graduate of Columbia College of Chicago, Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
