NATPE To Offer Business Concierge Service

NATPE President-CEO Rod Perth today announced a major new customer service initiative: NATPE Navigator. The concierge program is designed to increase connectivity and maximize business opportunities between buyers and sellers while attending NATPE events. The program will officially roll out for NATPE||Budapest 2013 and will be an integral component of all NATPE events thereafter.

“Customer service is of paramount importance to NATPE and this first-of-its-kind program is a direct response to the feedback we’ve received from our attendees,” said Perth. “The most meaningful measure of our success as a media conference is in the business deals we help facilitate, and Navigator will be a key tool for a thriving market for all.”

Navigator will let NATPE collect insight about buyer needs, and, the association said, “in turn deliver a customized VIP conference experience that assures a measurable return on their investment.” 

Perth also announced today that Jenean Atwood Baynes has been appointed director of NATPE Navigator. She previously has been executive assistant to the president of NATPE since 2004 and has been instrumental in coordinating various NATPE-related events and programs including the NATPE Pitch Pit at PitchCon.

In her new role with the Navigator program, she will be responsible for providing meeting scheduling support, delivering targeted prospect lists and identifying key sessions and panels based on business objectives, among other customized VIP services.
