Prime Time Partners has purchased WMBQ-CA New York from Renard Broadcasting Corp. for $5,250,000, pending FCC approval, according to Patrick Communications, which brokered the deal. The buyer is headed by Jose A. Rodriguez. Seller is owned by Craig Fox, of Syracuse, N.Y.
