Newsmax TV Debuts On DirecTV And U-Verse

Newsmax TV, a 24/7 news channel, launched today on the DirecTV and U-verse TV platforms.

The independent conservative news outlet led by CEO Christopher Ruddy, debuted in 2014, covering breaking news, politics, health and finance.

“With our launch on DirecTV and U-verse, Newsmax TV has the opportunity to serve more viewers,” Ruddy said. “Newsmax TV has a unique audience of Americans seeking news they can’t get from other major networks.”

This year, Newsmax TV will offer 14 hours of live daily shows featuring its teams of hosts, anchors and contributors, including former Congressman J.D. Hayworth, Miranda Khan, John Bachman, Michael Reagan and Alan Dershowitz.

The channel recently signed some syndicated radio hosts for television simulcasts, including Todd Schnitt, Wayne Allyn Root, Joe Pags, Joe Walsh and Howie Carr.
