NAB 2014

Noble Financial To Host Financial Forum At NAB

Noble Financial launches its inaugural financial forum April 8-9 at this year’s NAB Show in Las Vegas.

Noble’s Michael Kupinski, managing director for media and entertainment/equity research, will host a high-profile selection of industry leading companies, buy- and sell-side analysts, investment bankers and venture capitalists in a variety of panel discussions.

Kupinski, who helped bring the financial community to the NAB Show in 1996 for the A.G. Edwards Media & Entertainment conference, says he’s glad to be working once again with the NAB to bring the financial community to the show.

“The timing is right, with media stocks back in favor,” Kupinski says.

The forum kicks off April 8 with a breakfast advertising outlook panel featuring analysts and industry leaders from television networks, station groups, direct advertising and newspapers. Following that will be 30-minute discussions with radio broadcast executives. The lunch panel on Tuesday will focus on the regulatory environment and feature FCC commissioners and Washington lobbyists.

Afternoon sessions on Tuesday will focus on the television broadcast industry. Wednesday’s breakfast panel will highlight the technological evolution that’s changing the broadcast industry landscape.

BRAND CONNECTIONS

Attending companies include CBS, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Scripps, Gannett, Media General, Meredith, Univision, Entercom, Cumulus and Emmis. The sessions will not be webcast and are closed to the media.
