Paola Morales Joins KTAZ Phoenix News Staff

Telemundo’s KTAZ Phoenix (DMA 12) today announced that Paola Morales has been named a multimedia journalist for Noticiero Telemundo Arizona, which airs weekdays at 4:30, 5 and 10 p.m. and is simulcast on Telemundo’s KHRR Tucson.

Morales’ first day with KTAZ is today and she will make her on-air debut this Friday.  

Morales, who has worked as a freelancer for KHRR for the past six months, has experience in reporting for Hispanic audiences all throughout Arizona. Prior to joining Telemundo, she worked as a reporter for KUDF-LP Tucson and for KZLZ-FM Tucson.

Before that, Morales worked at Televisa’s XHAK Hermosillo, Mexico, and at XHHLL-FM Hermosillo.

Morales earned a bachelor’s degree in communication science from Universidad de Sonora in Mexico.
