Participant Media today announced two promotions of Pivot television executives — Jerry Blake to EVP of business and legal affairs and Carla Lewis-Long to SVP of distribution.

Blake will continue to be based out of Pivot’s Los Angeles office, reporting to Participant Media’s Chief Financial Officer Bob Murphy. While Lewis-Long will continue to be based out of Pivot’s New York City office, reporting to Pivot’s EVP of Distribution and Affiliate Relations Stephanie Ruyle.

Before that, Blake was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City, and graduated from Stanford Law School.

Lewis-Long, who will continue to drive Pivot’s distribution reach, also joined Pivot in 2013 from Nuvo TV, where she worked as VP of affiliate sales and marketing serving bi-cultural Latinos.
