PTV Sponsorship Group Adds Sales Managing Dir.

Sponsorship Group for Public Television (SGPTV), the sales organization for PBS programming, named Marc Lehner its managing director sponsorship sales.

Lehner is a television sales professional with many years on the front lines selling television inventory, managing businesses and leading sales teams.

Most recently, Lehner was a regional sales manager at Gannett Broadcasting in Portland, Maine, managing sales efforts in top media markets including Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and Los Angeles where he executed multiple media platforms sales plans. Previously, Lehner was local sales manager at WHDH Boston.

“It is very exciting to have Marc on the SGPTV team. He has impressive experience, strong business sense and leadership skills,” said Suzanne Zellner, SGPTV/WGBH VP of corporate sponsorship.
