Raycom Stations Adding Matrix CRM

Raycom Media has selected Matrix CRM from Matrix Solutions for its enterprise account management and sales analytics solution.  Raycom installed the Matrix product across 48 television stations, granting more than 800 users access to the web-based and mobile software system.

The Matrix system lets stations manage all account activity (CRM and sales) at an enterprise level. It also affords flexibility in its drill-down reporting functionality using a click or two to get to account, market, station or even account representative level.

Since Matrix is Web-based, all data is in real-time across the enterprise and available via any mobile device. This lets sales teams to be out selling rather than being tethered to a desk to access account information and track activities.
