The former girlfriend of 92-year-old media mogul Sumner Redstone lost her court battle to be reinstated as his health care proxy on Monday — as the case only got dirtier.
On newly revealed voicemail recordings, a man who the gossip website RadarOnline claims is a sex-obsessed Redstone can be heard panting to a woman that he wanted a threesome with her and another guy.
Redstone refers to himself as the woman’s “hot lover’’ and describes arranging the tryst with a male pal on the tapes, Radar said, with a source adding that the recordings were made in the past year or two.
“Bob’s never done a threesome with two men. He’s done it with three women. So he’s a little bit nervous, but he’s gonna come cuz I want him to,” the gravelly voiced nonagenarian assures the woman, according to the audio posted by Radar.
“So what will probably happen will probably really excite you. I’ll f–k her, and she’ll s–k Bob off, and he’ll f–k her, and she’ll s–k me off. Before that, I’ll make her j–k off in front of Bob because she’s very hot when she j–ks off,’’ says the man whom Radar identifies as Redstone.
The former Viacom and CBS boss, who is still a majority shareholder in both, even allegedly takes a moment to chide the sexual performance of the woman he is calling.
Referring to the other gal he wants with her in the menage a trois, he says, “She’s better than what you do.
“She takes a long time, and she moans.”
When it appears that the woman he is calling might be getting cold feet, Redstone says, “Lemme ask you a question. I know you say you’re not ready for a threesome with a man … but what about a woman? I can put you in a threesome with a beautiful woman,’’ according to the tape.
“I think you want it,’’ Redstone adds, according to Radar. “I know you’re shy, but you said you want it … It would get me very happy if you did it. Then we’re gonna have a real future of sex.
“You don’t have to. But the idea of having everything, men and women at the same time. That’s what you told me you wanted, so let me know. I’ll see you at the rager!”
Redstone’s lawyers did not immediately return a request for comment.
The recordings surfaced as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cohen dismissed the case by Redstone’s ex, Manuela Herzer, to reinstate herself as his proxy.
Redstone booted her from the position and kicked her out of his house in October after he found out she was allegedly preventing other women from communicating with him.
He also nixed her from his will, which had previously set aside around $70 million for her.
In a court deposition last week, Redstone called Herzer a “f—ing bitch” and said he wanted his daughter, Shari Redstone, to look after him.
In his ruling, Cowan wrote, “This testimony does in fact completely alter the case.’’
“There is no good cause for further judicial involvement where the court has now heard directly from Redstone that he has lost trust in Herzer, does not want her in his life and instead wants his daughter Shari to look after him as necessary,” the judge said.
Herzer’s lawyers had pressed the judge last week to ask himself if Redstone is really of “sound mind.”
Cowan responded, “How can I sit here and say, after listening to that video, ‘No, you can’t have what you want’?”
Herzer immediately filed a new suit claiming that Redstone’s staff spied on her while she lived at his mansion and demanding the dough he had once been planning to leave her, as well as other monetary damages.
