Dick Reingold, the former GM at WUSA Washington, will manage two stations in the Missoula market and one in the Butte-Bozeman market for Randy Bongarten's Bonten Media. He will continue his involvement in the Black Heritage Network as non-executive chairman.

Reingold To Run Bonten’s Montana NBC Affils
Veteran station manager Dick Reingold will be taking charge of Bonten Media’s NBC affiliates in Missoula, Mont. (KECI and KCFW) and Butte-Bozeman (KTVM) as VP and general manager.
“I am delighted to be on Randy’s team,” he says, referring to Bonten CEO Randy Bongarten. “He has great values.”
A one-time news director, Reingold’s last station posting was at Gannett’s WUSA where he was VP and general manager. Since leaving there in 2001. Reingold has been busy as a broadcast consultant. He worked with Cerberus Capital Management, helping the private equity firm purchase seven stations in four markets from CBS for $185 million in February 2007.
Last September, Cerberus flipped the group — named Four Points Media — to Sinclair for $200 million.
Reingold is also the founder and was CEO of the Black Heritage Network, a non-fiction cable network now looking for distribution.
To take the Bonten job, Reingold says he had to relinquish the CEO post. His replacement is former FCC Commissioner Tyrone Brown. Reingold says he will continue to serve as non-executive chairman and sit on the board.
