Reporter Grecia Figueroa Joins KBLR Las Vegas

Telemundo-owned KBLR Las Vegas (DMA 41) today named Grecia Figueroa a reporter for Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas weekdays at 5:30 and 11 PM.

Figueroa joins anchor Beatriz Moncayo and sports anchor Frederik Oldenburg.

Figueroa comes to KBLR after working as a weekday news reporter for KINC Las Vegas from 2013 to 2015.

Before that, she worked at KRCA Los Angeles from 2012 to 2013 and held different roles with increasing responsibility, including working as a news reporter for the station’s daily newscasts at noon and 5 p.m. While at KRCA, Figueroa also worked as a national news correspondent for Estrella TV network’s national newscast.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University of Northridge. A native of Lima, Peru, Figueroa was raised in Los Angeles and is a member of National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
