The syndicated video clip show from MGM will now be seen in Washington, Minneapolis, Sacramento, St. Louis, Grand Rapids, Greensboro and Portland and Bangor, both Maine.
‘Right This Minute’ Adds 8 Gannett Stations
The video clip show Right This Minute is expanding its reach with Gannett Broadcasting picking it up on eight stations for this fall when the show begins its third season. Gannet picked up RTM on WUSA Washington (DMA 8); KARE Minneapolis (DMA 15); KXTV Sacramento, Calif. (DMA 20); KSDK St. Louis (DMA 21); WZZM Grand Rapids, Mich. (DMA 39); WFMY Greensboro, N.C. (DMA 46); WCSH Portland, Maine (DMA 80); and WLBZ Bangor, Maine (DMA 155).
The new stations come on top of last month’s announced 41 new stations in 38 markets. Those additions include a weekend edition that already premiered on NBC Owned Television Station’s WNBC New York and will this fall on ABC’s KABC Los Angeles.
MGM has distributing Right This Minute since January. The show is a joint venture between station groups Cox Media, Raycom and Scripps. It’s produced by Phoenix-based MagicDust Television.
