Rocky TV Diginet Has A Thing For Animals

The new multicast network from Seals Entertainment will focus on "animals and the people who love them."

Rocky TV, a brand created by Seals Entertainment Co. (Sealsco), was introduced today as the first digital broadcast television network “designed around animals and the people who love them.”

Rocky TV will be distributed across broadcasting, mobile, OTT and e-commerce platforms.

Sealsco says Rocky TV’s original programming will be a mix of different genres all featuring themes of animals and people.

The new network is named after Rocky Seals, Sealsco’s CEO Lou Seals’ black Labrador Retriever who lived to be 17.5 years old. Rocky was the first canine-in-residence ambassador for Sealsco’s Tuff TV diginet.

Rocky TV programming content will consist of action, adventure, and travel — including reality, documentaries, drama and live events. Sealsco said it intends to offer up to 80% of Rocky TV’s lineup as original fare.
