WRAZ Raleigh-Durham, N.C., VP-GM Tommy Schenck announced that effective immediately, Matt Donegan, national sales manager, will assume duties as general sales manager of the Capitol Broadcasting Fox affiliate, succeeding Evelyn Booker who will retire on March 31 after a 31-year career with Capitol. In addition, Niel Sollod, formally local sales manager, has been named director of local and new media sales.
