Stacey Bell Now WNBC Co-Anchor At Noon, 5 P.M.

NBC O&O WNBC New York (DMA 1) today announced the return of Stacey Bell as a full-time anchor, effective Monday, Oct. 17. She will serve as co-host of the station’s noon and 5 p.m. weekday newscasts, along with David Ushery.

Bell was the station’s weekend anchor between 2014 and 2015. In recent months, Bell returned to the station and served as a weekend anchor on a freelance basis.

Prior to joining WNBC, Bell was an anchor for News 12 Long Island between 2012 and 2014. She arrived in New York following 13 years at WJW Cleveland, where she was a reporter and anchor.

Bell holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Central Arkansas.
