Starz Ups Sheryl Anderson To HR EVP

Sheryl Anderson, a 20-year veteran of Starz and long-time board member of the Cable Television Human Resources Association, was promoted to executive vice president of human resources and administration for Starz.

In her new position, Anderson is responsible for the human resources and administration functions for approximately 1,000 Starz employees. 

Prior to joining Starz Entertainment in 1992 shortly after the company was founded, Sheryl served in various positions in tax and compliance at Tele-Communications Inc., United Cable and United Artists Communications. 

She has also served as an honorary chair of Cable Positive.
