In her new post, Polcsa will continue to oversee branded integrations and new business opportunities for the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Cowan joined Telepictures in 2007 as VP, branded entertainment and new business. Before joining Telepictures, Cowan spent four years at Mark Burnett Productions as an integrations producer on The Apprentice. Cowan also previously held the position of director of branded entertainment and strategy at TiVo.

Before joining Telepictures in 2007, Calderone Polcsa held various brand management roles at Unilever. Polcsa uses her traditional packaged goods marketing experience to help the production teams create integrations for Telepictures clients.
