TMD Announces New Technology Execs

TMD, a provider of media asset management systems for digital and physical assets, has made two executive promotions.

Alex Sibilev is now chief technology officer. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he brings both managerial experience and in-depth technical knowledge. In his former role as chief architect, he developed many applications within the company’s flagship Mediaflex-UMS platform. Sibilev will now be responsible for the day-to-day development and delivery of new features and functionality, drive the roadmap and manage TMD’s expanding development team.

Jon Maynard, who previously was chief technology officer, takes on the role of chief technology strategist. In this new role, he will bring his in-depth technical experience in the broadcast industry to focus on the company’s longer-term strategic development. Maynard will be responsible for defining and principally overseeing the development of new technologies for the digital and media asset management market sectors.
