Tom Antisdel Upped To GM Of WANE
On Friday, Tom Antisdel was named president-GM of Media General’s CBS affiliate WANE Fort Wayne, Ind. (DMA 111). Antisdel, the station director of sales since 2010, was promoted to this position following the retirement of Alan Riebe.
Antisdel will provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational management for WANE, reporting to Jay Howell, Media General’s VP of broadcast markets.
Antisdel has worked at WANE since 1991. He was hired as an account executive, moved up to local sales manager, and was then promoted to director of sales.
Prior to WANE, Antisdel served as media negotiator for Bonsib Inc. in Fort Wayne and was a media planner/buyer for The Juhl Agency in Elkhart, Ind.
Antisdel also served for 10 years in the Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne, including as president.
