Tony Pipitone Joins NBC 6 South Florida
Longtime broadcast journalist Tony Pipitone has joined NBC O&O WTVJ Miami as an investigative reporter.
“It’s a great opportunity to add someone with Tony’s skills and reputation to our investigative unit,” said Migdalia Figueroa, the station’s VP of news. “His commitment to journalism and the well-being of the viewers make him the perfect match for NBC 6 and the South Florida community.”
Pipitone comes from CBS affiliate WKMG in Orlando, where his reports specialized in original investigations of crimes, cover-ups and cons.
