If your state observes Daylight Saving Time, beginning at 2 a.m. local time, your station changes to standard time.

“Obviously, check to see that your automated playback automation equpment is modern enough to automatically change its internal clocks to reflect this repeated hour,” Larry Keene, CEO of the TDGA, said in an email to members.
