TVB Honors EMMA Winners

The EMMA awards recognize broadcast television stations and advertising agencies for outstanding collaborative multiplatform marketing campaigns.

TVB today announced the winners of the 2015 Excellence in Local Media Marketing Solutions Awards at its TVB Forward conference in New York.

Steve Lanzano, the trade group’s President-CEO, said: “Television’s influence on consumers’ brand awareness and purchasing decisions is every bit as strong, if not stronger, locally, where businesses operate, consumer trust is built and transactions take place.

“We’re proud to recognize KNXV-TV, WCVB-TV, WJXT-TV, Carat, Trilia Media and Cactus as the winners of TVB’s third annual EMMA Awards. The combined power of broadcasters’ on-air, online and mobile platforms continues to deliver the reach and influence that local businesses need, which is why brand managers and advertisers continue to look first to broadcast TV as a trusted marketing solution.”

EMMA recipients are recognized for their creativity in producing a collaborative multiplatform advertising campaign that generated results and value for their client over the past year. In 2015, TVB added an advertising agency category to the awards.
