Tyler Eliasen Joins WTVT For Weekend Weather
Tyler Eliasen will join Fox-owned WTVT Tampa, Fla. (DMA 11), as a weekend meteorologist. Effective July, 29, he will anchor the weather on weekend evenings and fill in on various newscasts throughout the week.
Most recently, Eliasen was the morning meteorologist at WMBB Panama City, Fla. Prior to that, he was a weekend meteorologist and reporter for the station for two years, where he also produced and delivered weather for sister station WCWJ Jacksonville, Fl.
A graduate of Valparaiso University, Eliasen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology and is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist.
