Una Vez Mas Closes On Texas Stations Buy

Spanish-language broadcaster Una Vez Mas Texas Holdings has closed on its previously announced purchase of KNWS Houston and KLDT Dallas for $24.8 million, according to broker Kalil & Co.  Seller Johnson Broadcasting, which had fallen into bankruptcy, has no other broadcast interests.
