Univision Buying KXLK-CD Austin

The Hispanic broadcaster is paying $2.55 million for the music video low-power outlet.

KXLK-CD, Austin, Texas (DMA 39), is being sold by Radio Spectrum Partners LP to Univision Communications for $2,550,000.

Spanish-language media company Univision owns television and radio stations throughout the country and Puerto Rico in addition to Spanish-language television and cable networks, internet destinations and mobile offerings.

The Seller, Radio Spectrum Partners LP, is a Texas-based company.

KXLK-CD currently airs Spanish music videos.
